At Trade Bikes Direct, we prioritise honesty and transparency in our listings so you can buy from us with confidence. However, due to limited inspection time, some issues may not be detected. We encourage you to inspect the motorcycle in person before purchasing or request a video. Please contact us to arrange this.

Please read the following terms carefully. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

Terms and conditions for Project and Spares or Repair Motorcycles:

Inspection: We strive for honesty in our listings, but due to limited inspection time, not all issues may be detected.

Mileage: Stated mileage is based solely on the odometer reading and is not further verified.

Model Accuracy: We aim for accuracy in our listings but may occasionally make errors, especially with less common models. If you notice an error, please contact us.

Running Condition: "Runs" indicates the motorcycle has started, but we cannot guarantee it will run after purchase. Proof of running can be requested through video or an in-person inspection.

Parts Purchases: We advise against purchasing parts until you have received and inspected the motorcycle.

DIY Repairs Recommended: We advise against purchasing a project bike unless you can complete the work yourself, as professional repairs may outweigh the bike's value.

Budget Considerations: Project motorcycles may have unforeseen issues. Do not purchase if you are working within a tight budget.

Unroadworthy Condition: Unless otherwise stated, motorcycles are sold as unroadworthy and should not be ridden on public roads until deemed safe by a qualified professional. These bikes must be collected via van or trailer and cannot be ridden away.

ID Requirements: Please ensure you have photo ID and proof of address at the time of collection. If you lack these documents, contact us in advance for alternative arrangements.

Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the motorcycle within 14 days provided it is in the same condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued, minus the original delivery cost.

Please note, we do not offer return collection services.
